This beautiful second floor apartment is on the exclusive, small development of Villas de Frente Marino, just two minutes walk from the picturesque marina at Puerto Thomas Maestre in La Manga del Mar Menor on the Costa Calida. It is 50 Metres walk from the seas and beaches and all the local amenities, with its own communal swimming pool and gardens.
The apartment has been furnished to a very high luxurious standard with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large lounge/dining room, kitchen with utility room and a choice of two large balconies. It is equipped with air conditioning and under floor heating to provide comfort on winter nights.
The lounge/dining area has a sofa bed, coffee table, TV unit with satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo. There are a few family games and some local information booklets for your use. There is a large dining table and chairs for inside dining.
The patio doors lead onto a large balcony on which there is a table and chairs, and two reclining sun-loungers. From here there are lovely views of the Mar Menor and communal pool. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with bedside tables, fitted wardrobes with drawers and safe The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes with drawers and patio doors leading onto the second balcony.
The stylish modern fitted kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge/freezer.
There is a utility room off the kitchen with washing machine and sink. There is an ironing board and iron. The bathroom has a bath/shower, wash basin and vanity unit, toilet and bidet.

Within a minutes walk of the apartment is the Thomas Maestre Marina with its many bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket, bakery, bank and chemist just around the corner. There is a local bus service, which runs up and down the "strip" at regular intervals, where you can enjoy more shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
The La Manga Club is home to 3 championship golf courses, tennis courts & fabulous spa facilities There are also restaurants, bars and a casino, providing evening entertainment at the club.

Situated 45 minutes drive from Murcia (San Javier) airport and 1½ hour drive from Alicante, this region favoured by many Spanish offers a unique coastal feature called the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor is a large salt water lake almost entirely sealed off from the Medierranean by the peninsular of La Manga. The largest salt water lake in Europe it is only 7m at its deepest point and along its shores it has an average depth of only 0.5m making it extremely safe for children.
