This property features 3 bedrooms (one upper double with balcony to the front and sea views, one ground floor twin and one upper bedroom with double bed and balcony. There is one shower room downstairs complete with w.c and wash basin and one bathroom upstairs also with w.c and wash basin.
The front door leads directly into a very spacious modern living room/diner complete with sofa and dinner table to seat 6. There is cable TV, PS2 and cd/cassete/radio. It has a separate fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, and large fridge/freezer. The rear of the property enjoys a secluded area for private dining/ bathing with outside shower area and has a small utility complete with washing machine, clothes line and outside sink basin. There is use of a gas BBQ.
