There is one shower room on the ground floor and one bathroom upstairs both with w.c and wash basin. There is a comfortable lounge/diner which has a TV and a DVD player. There is a selection of DVDs and books. The rear of the property enjoys a secluded area for private dining/ bathing with outside shower area and has a small utility complete with washing machine, clothes airer and outside sink basin. Garden furniture is available to the rear of the property. The separate fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob/oven and a large fridge/freezer. There is parking available outside of the house.
