Villa Cristal is a brand new development. This beach front 2 bedroom apartment overlooks the Mar Menor Sea and is situated on the ground floor. The accommodation comprises of Lounge/Diner, T.V and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. There is also a selection of books. This property has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with additional sofa bed. American style fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave with grill, fridge/freezer & washing machine. There are ceiling fans to each room. There is a balcony with access to the communal grounds in which there are 3 swimming pools, one adult pool and 2 children's pools. A children's playground is available nearby. There are beach chairs available to take to the beach which is right on the doorstep.
