Description of Holiday Townhouse
Completed in April 2005, this 3 bedroom townhouse has an enviable location on the Playa Paraiso complex situated just 3 minutes walk from the Mar Menor.
From the master bedroom you can experience views of the sea and large communal pool. which is nearly adjacent to the house (50yds away) with a separate children's pool. Garden furniture (patio table with 6 chairs and parasol), 2 x deck chairs, 2 x sun loungers and barbeque. The mastert bedroom balcony has a table and 2 chairs. There is ample car parking spaces available outside front of house.
The living/dining area has comfortable seating for 6 people, TV with Sky digital and all the English channels (incl Premier Plus sports channel), VCR and DVD player - complete with many DVDs. Air conditioning- heating units are fitted in the lounge/diner.
The house has 1 x double bedroom and 2 x twin bedrooms. All bed linen provided. The double bedroom has a king size bed and front balcony with sea and pool views. The upstairs twin room also has a rear facing balcony and the 2nd twin room is located to the rear of the ground floor. All bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes, clock radios, heating and Air Conditioning.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with Fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. There is a private outdoor utility area adjacent to the kitchen which has a washing machine (kept undercover), clothes dryer and an outdoor shower.
The upstairs bathroom has a wash basin with vanity unit, bath with over-hanging shower, bidet and toilet and is fully heated. The Shower room has a washbasin, toilet and walk in shower cubicle and is also fully heated.
Beaches / Coast
Just 2 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor. The warm shallow water makes this area safe for young children and ideal for all types of water sports.

5 mins walk along the beach from Playa Honda are a couple of bars and restaurants, small supermarket and Farmacia.
