Description of Holiday Townhouse
The property is on two levels. Upstairs there is a double bedroom (with balcony) and a twin bedroom (with balcony) and large 4 piece bathroom suite (and shower). Both upstairs bedrooms have very large wardrobes. Downstairs comprises of a twin bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a downstairs bathroom complete with shower cubicle. The front door leads directly to a very spacious living room with two sofas, coffee tables, pine storage unit, TV, DVD player, Playstation and a selection of games. Dining room table which seats 6. There is a separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, crockery, pans and cooking utensils. At the back of the property there is small utility area, with boiler, washing machine and outside sink. There is also an outside shower. The area is enclosed, secluded and an afternoon suntrap! There are two drying racks at the property. Every room has a fan to keep you cool on those hot nights! There is an air conditioning unit in the lounge/diner.
Golf Facilities
Only an few minutes drive away is La Manga Golf. On its own, this offers 3 championship 18 hole golf course, eight football pitches and 28 tennis courts. there are around 26 other courses in the region to choose from. Save some money on your rental by stopping in our house and then you can play more rounds of golf!
Beaches / Coast
The local beaches offer a unique coastal feature called the Mar Menor, the crystalline waters of the Mar Menor are ideal for swimming & water sports, the temperature of the water reaches up to 30oC in August giving you the largest heated swimming pool in Europe! A small drive takes you to the Mediteranean Sea.

This region remains and is favoured by many Spanish. The largest natural salt lake in Europe, the Mar Menor is situated a mere 3 minute walk from your door. The Mar Menor offers safe swimming for children, water sports, including sailing, jet skiing, diving, waters reaching 30C in August. A very short drive takes you to the Med and its golden sandy beaches. The beautiful historic cities of Cartegena (where you can see cruise ships come in) and Murcia. Playa Paraiso has its own supermarket, a couple of Spanish Restaurants and one English. Easy access to banks, go-karting, pharmacy and shops. Out of your front door - the Salt Flats - where you can see the flamingos. The area is a hidden treasure.
