THIS NOT AN APARTMENT IN A BLOCK WITH UNDERGROUND PARKING, it's a HOUSE in an enviable position in a quiet road and in the front garden we have a pergola covered drive with space to park one car. Additional allocated parking space is available in the road. To the rear of the house we have a lawned area beyond the large patio, which has a table and 4 chairs and overlooks a lovely 33m swimming pool and 2 fine tennis courts, which are adjacent to the 14th fairway.
Upstairs theres a large terrace, which has 3 large potted plants a table and 4 chairs, 4 loungers and a BBQ. It looks and is delightful. Both areas have outside lighting, so you have a choice as to where you can relax in the evenings with a bottle or two.
The property has been furnished with top quality furniture and there is a flat screen 32" TV and DVD player, a free internal telephone which has INTERNET ACCESS via plug in (plug not supplied).
The kitchen is fully fitted with 4 ring hob/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave sandwich toaster etc
The house has FULL CENTRAL HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING in the lounge/dining area. Both bedrooms have powerful ceiling fans.

Golf Facilities
La Torre Golf Resort was designed by Nicklaus Design, and offers 18 holes, par 68 with four sets of tees. Provisional distances: (Black) 5,350m; (Blue) 4,934m; (White) 4,422m; (Red) 3,822m. It features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that separate the holes, creating strategic points which provided added value to the shots. Plus, a denser grass was planted around the bunkers, creating the optimum wind shot effect.
La Torre Golf Resorts course has 18 holes combining different obstacles that compels you to use all your clubs and put into practice your talent. Around the course you will find all kinds of services to practice golf and improve it: including the club house, a pro-shop, driving range and golf school.

The coast of Mar Menor is approx 15 minutes drive.
Disabled Access
The property has two levels, The ground floor has the lounge,dining area, kitchen, twin bedroom, and bathroom (shower cubicle)
and bidet. Access to the shaded patio is also on the same level. The decision of suitability is dependant on the individuals own circumstances.

To the rear of the house, there is a lawned area and approx 35m away is the best swimming pool in La Torre. Next to the pool are 2 fine tennis court which are adjacent to the 14th fairway. The supermarket, bars, restaurants, , Internet cafe, clubhouse, tapas bar, ice cream parlour, golf shop and 5 star hotel are a minutes drive or10 minutes walk away.
Directions to Holiday Townhouse
San Javier Airport is just 15 minutes drive to La Torre. If you intend on staying on the resort all of the time, then you could take a taxi from the airport. A free bus runs from La Torre to the other Polarisworld resorts.
