Description of Holiday Villa

Cottan Villa is located in Unawatuna, South of Sri Lanka, at 4 Km from the historical town of Galle and about 1 Km from Unawatuna Beach and its sheltered waters for swimming and an accessible coral reef for snorkeling.
The three double bed rooms with en suite bathrooms with their individual designs, are separated from the rest of the house by a long pond and each of the bedrooms has a private access to the 2 acres garden.
The high ceilings of the villa and the generous terraces with lounges allow a comfortable ventilation trough the whole year, but for the hottest nights, two of the bed rooms are equipped with a/c.
Villa Cottan is surrounded by a tropical garden with age-old mahogany, coconut an “cottan” trees, ideal environment for colorful birds and monkeys.

Unawatuna beach: some places have even upgraded their facilities and visitors will surely enjoy staying in one of the beach places.
Holiday makers are again having a wonderful time with convincing dinners for about $ 4.
In particular the diving center has recovered nicely with now also offering a very nice beach disco after 10 p.m. with a friendly staff and a great laser show.

one of the finest beaches in the whole wide world is in Unawatuna, Sri Lanka, where by now most places have recovered fairly well after the tsunami disaster.
Somehow the waves are a little stronger now and also the beach is a little bit more steep.

Yala West (Ruhuna) National Park is well recognized as one of the best parks in the world to observe and photograph leopards. The park covers an area of over 100.000 hectares and there is also a substantial elephant population along with spotted deer, sambar, wild buffalo, sloth bear, jackal, mongoose, pangolins and crocodiles.
