Description of Holiday Villa

This Magnificent villa is fully serviced with a full time chef , housekeeper and pool /gardener. The chef will cook all your favourite Thai dishes for you, she will purchase all your food at the market, fresh fruit, croissants ,etc every morning and prepare it. The villa is on a gentle west facing hill above gorgeous Kata Beach.
The 4 bedrooms are all ensuite, with air-conditioning and fans. Each bedroom has its own private terrace, and the master bedroom has a four poster bed, a very large bathroom with walk-in shower, large double JACUZZI bath and twin wash hand basins set in a black marble worktop.
On the first floor there is a magnificent sun terrace with west facing infinity pool with JACUZZI, this opens from the luxurious lounge which is fitted with a 48 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player, satellite television.
There is a fully fitted European Kitchen and a marble top breakfast bar which divides this from the dining room, which again opens on to the sun terrace.
The villa is situated in a quiet area in the gentle hills behind Kata about 1 mile from the beautiful beach at Kata. The villa faces west over the Ocean and there are magnificent sunset views from the infinity pool. Kata has the world renowned Boat House and Grill particularly famous for its wine list!
From November to April (approximately) the sea is flat calm and all types of boats can be hired, from long boats to jet skis and para rides. There is also excellent snorkeling and diving . The remainder of the year there is superb surf and all types of boards can be hired, from body boards to Malibou!

Master bedroom has four poster bed and double Jacuzzi bath.
Twin beds can be made into a king size double.
