Description of Holiday Apartment
Each apartment is privately owned with air conditioning, ceiling fans, 2 bedrooms with modern decor and spacious. The large balconies offer uninterrupted views, The 1st floor apartment is spacious and open plan with tiled floors and marble work surfaces. There is a fully fitted modern style kitchen with full oven & hob, dining area inside and out to seat 6 , bright airy lounge with L Shaped double sofa bed ,TV & satellite, dvd player.
Each bedroom has their own door leading onto the rear verandahs, where you can chill-out & take breakfast. Also you have a door from the dining area leads onto the large front terrace , furnished with table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining. one bedroom has a double bed & the other bedroom has twin beds. wardrobes, bedside units, mirros & ceiling fans. further double sofa bed in the lounge area.
Fully tiled modern bathroom with kingsize corner bath & shower, double vanity unit, wc and mirror.
The large swimming pool is surrounded by terrace, patio furniture within a large garden with flowers, shrubs and fruit trees .The pool and garden have stunning uninterrupted views in a quiet location. .All bed linen and hand towels are provided. Flights , transfers, car hire and excursions can all be arranged at very competetive prices in Altinkum's travel shops .
Beaches / Coast
The golden sandy beaches of altinkum are just 10 minutes walk away, where you will find clear shallow waters gently shelving (ideal for children & non swimmers) Life guard & flag system in place. The beach area offers varid water sports, umbrelllas & sun loungers.
Fishing is widely available around the marina and coastal areas, you will see many of the locals casting their rods for supper.
Altinkum has its own market on saturdays offering local produce & fake designer clothes, house wares etc , the market is 5 mins by bus.
Day trips available through the local tour companies include boat trips over to bodrum, ephesus roman ruins, aqua parks, pamukkale, jeep safari, soke market etc

Nightlife in Altinkum is as lively or as quiet as you like it, wether you choose to stay at a restaurant before retiring to your bed or prefer something with a bit more life. The harbour and Dolphin square is lined with lively venues, you can also opt for one of the back street bars, You will come across (or stagger) an assortment of bars from - chill out room bar, live music, karaoke T.V bars, family bars, British bars, Irish bars, again there is something for everyones taste. Nightclubs / Disco's are plentiful if you want to continue thoughout the night.
Restaurants:
With over 60 places to eat in Altinkum from chinease to patisseries, cafes to restaurants, you'll be spoilt for choice, you can go for a bite to eat along the marina or along the beach front or take a short walk into Didim, a typical turkish town, where you can dine with the locals.

The apartments location is quiet, and only 5 minutes walk to the nearest bars/supermarket/restaurant.
Dolphin square is the main lively area of bars etc and this is 8 minutes walk away.

Izmir airport is the second nearest airport, 2 hours by car. british airways are doing great deals to Izmir airport this year.
