Description of Holiday Apartment
Air-conditioned new 2 bedroomed first floor apartment in a small complex of 32 apartments. The spacious living area is well furnished with patio doors leading to the south facing balcony overlooking the pool which is for the exclusive use of the apartments.
Yasmin Apartments are situated in a quiet residential area of Altinkum and are only a 10 minute walk from the resort's golden sandy main beach and the crystal clear Aegean sea.
The apartment sleeps 4/6 in two bedrooms both are furnished with twin beds ample wardrobe space and have patio doors which lead onto a shared balcony. Both are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets fitted to the patio doors & windows..
The fully tiled bathroom contains a shower cubicle over small bath, wash basin, wc, 60 litre electric water heater giving ample hot water, an extractor fan and washing machine. A hairdryer is provided.
The fully equipped dining/kitchen area includes full cooker with hob, extractor fan, toaster and large fridge/freezer. All cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils are provided.
Air conditioned, the spacious open plan Lounge/Dining, kitchen area is comfortably furnished including the double sofa bed. There are patio doors leading to south facing balcony which overlooks the pool area. A radio cassette/CD Player is provided.
The balcony overlooks the large pool and smaller childrens pool, is fully furnished and has a built in barbecue.
Around the pool is space for sunbathing and relaxing. Two sun loungers are provided. The poolside bar is an ideal place to meet up with fellow guests over a relaxing drink, weekly barbeque's are held in season .
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own towels for the pool/beach
Beaches / Coast
Altinkum's main beach is only a 10 minute walk away. There are shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Only 25 metres away is the main road where all local buses pass. You can relax on one of the 3 sandy beaches and numerous bars and restaurants that line the long promenade.
Further Details
The magnificent Temple of Apollo and the old town of Didim is a short dolmus ride away or can be walked in approx 30 minutes.
The new Aqua Park is also only a short dolmus ride away.
Day trips can be arranged to Ephesus, which is the the largest and most complete ancient city in the eastern Mediterranean. A daily ferry to the resort of Bodrum and other trips by sea are also available from the harbour.
Bodrum is the nearest airport for flights (April to October). Izmir handles mainly scheduled and out of season flights.
Transfer time from Bodrum is approx 1 hour 15 mins, (around 2 hours from Izmir). Quotes for airport transfers or car hire from Bodrum on request.
