Description of Holiday Apartment

Brand new three bedroomed duplex apartment. Two bedrooms ensuite, third bathroom opposite third bedroom. All top of range furniture, seperate lounge, fully fitted kitchen. Satallite TV, cd and dvd player. Four seperate sun terraces, all with patio furniture and private sun beds on main balcony. Sleeps 8 adults in comfort, cots and extra beds can be provided if necessary at no extra cost. If you want to holiday with friends and family but want space and luxury this is the holiday for you. Two families could share and not meet all day if you want some 'space'. Ideal for families with older children.

The apartment is on a complex, which has a large outdoor pool, a jacuzzi and a childrens pool. An indoor pool is also available out of the main holiday season and the fitness centre should be fitted out for 2006. Whilst the complex is in the quiter third beach area, all the facilites are within a 15 minute walk. The beaches are about 5 to 10 minutes walk and the main centre is about 10 minutes walk.

There is a small bar and cafe on site and two small supermarkets within 2 minutes walk. A welcome pack will be in your apartment when you arrive to enable you to have a drink on your arrival.

Everything in the apartment is brand new and the apartment will be cleaned before you arrive and fresh sheets and towels are supplied. There is a free laundry on site should you wish to wash your own clothes and towels. Bed linen and towels will be changed at the end of the first week if you are staying for two weeks.

The apartment is on the second and third floors and there is no lift. Unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Beaches / Coast

The three beaches in Altinkum are all within walking distance. The main beach is about 10 minutes walk and the small beaches 5 and 10 minutes walk. Free transport is available from all the beach side restarants, if you have a drink or a meal there.

Further Details

There is an historic ruined temple in Altkinum as short bus ride from the apartment and lots of other ancient sites are within a day trip which can be arranged in town - or hire a car and see them yourself. Most restaurants and bars provide a free taxi service too and from the apartment if you don't feel like walking or want to go to the far side of the resort.
