Description of Holiday Villa
. . . imagine an evening starting with drinks on your own roof terrace after a day spent lazing in your private pool. The music is turned low whilst you watch the gulets returning to the harbour from their day trips around the beaches and outlying islands ~ you think you might do that tomorrow ~ if you have the energy. Meanwhile your most important decision is which of the roof terrace restaurants you’ll eat at tonight . . .
Interior
The villa accommodates 6 comfortably in three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, all with their own private en-suites, the master having both shower and bath. For those travelling with babies, a travel cot is available.
All bedrooms have doors opening onto private balconies, the ground floor opening onto a private terrace, all furnished with table and chairs and enjoying fantastic views across the bay, islands and harbour.
Each room and the open plan living area and the bedrooms are independently air conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances – cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.

All internal flooring is cool marble and the villa is furnished to the standard you would expect of a luxury home.
Outside
The villa boasts a large 32m2 (25 x 12 ft) swimming pool with roman steps at the shallow end surrounded by ample landscaped terracing with sunloungers and parasols.
A built in barbeque is adjacent to the pool for al fresco dining and there are soft chairs to snuggle into and discreet lighting to softly frame your evening.
The villa also has a pretty garden area with dining table and chairs ~ wonderful for breakfast.
Undoubtedly, one of Villa Jamera’s best features is the huge roof terrace offering stunning views over the bay towards the harbour ~ perfect for catching the afternoon breeze whilst you take a siesta under the shade of the pergola or for watching the gulets return to the harbour at sunset.

The villa is ideally situated approximately 100 metres above a small cove, which offers crystal clear waters ideal for snorkelling where the beach club Palm Beach is located - great for lunch when you want someone else to make it! is a 10 minute stroll to the village located as it is on the exclusive hillside of Kömerluk, east of Kalkan - one of the few areas that can guarantee beautiful sunsets.
Services provided
The villa, garden and pool are serviced daily with a linen change mid-week and a full clean weekly. Additional beach-sized towels are available for round the pool so you can leave space in your suitcases for your shopping.
We can arrange for the delivery of fresh bread each morning to save you the short stroll to the village.
A welcome hamper is provided on arrival.

Once a simple fishing village, today’s Kalkan is quietly sophisticated and postcard pretty. The village shops stay open till around midnight and are well stocked with interesting antiques, crafts, jewellery, clothing and accessories.

There are a multitude of excellent roof-top restaurants offering all manner of culinary delights both Turkish and international and beautifully fresh fish and seafood.
