Our spacious family home is only 7miles from Disney and all other main attractions are within 20.The large private (28X14) WEST FACING pool with a large pool deck area gets the sun from mid morning right through to the evening. Its covered Lanai with padded patio furniture -enough for 10 people is the perfect place for relaxing after those hectic days at the theme parks.
Our self-catering home offers your family a wonderful retreat from the bustle of the parks yet is ideally situated for access to all the attractions.
Lake Davenport Estates is found just south of 192 and 27 junction-just half a mile away form a Publix supermarket, 1 mile from a super Wal*Mart and within a short drive to the glittering array of stores, restaurants and entertainments that may be found along highway 192.

The Palms
The Palms is set on an established community just 1.5 miles south of the junction of 192 and 27.It is a mixture of vacation and residential homes, so at festive times such as Christmas, has a feel of the "real America” as residents decorate their homes.
There is a supermarket within half a mile south and there is easy access to I 4 and both coasts, as well as all the stores and restaurants along 192 and the new shopping mall just south on 27.It is close enough to the theme parks if you want to return during the day and if you want a game of golf there are numerous courses all within 30 minutes drive that will suit all levels of play.
We have tennis and basketball courts, a community pool with changing facilities and a children’s play area all free for our guests to use.
All in all The Palms is a haven of peace yet still close to the action. So why not stay near the mouse -in Jan’s house! But experience the calm of THE PALMS.

LAKE DAVENPORT ESTATES is found just off Highway 27, (1.5 mile from Hwy 192 on the southwest side of the Disney World Resort and within easy reach of all the area theme parks.Disney may be reached in 12 mins using a shortcut .
International Drive area, Universal studios and Sea World, are approximately 20 to 30 minutes drive.
Within one mile there is a Publix supermarket and Wal Mart superstore
Immediately to the north of our community is Davenport Lake a 400 acre lake with Fishing pier, and boat dock.
Polo Park golf course is just North of The Palms and many other golf courses are available and within 15 minutes driveor less .
Within five miles you will find all the popular eating places, bars, restaurants either on Hwy 27 (towards I-4) or located on Hwy 192 (towards Kissimmee).
Interstate 4, gateway to the Gulf Coast or Ocean side is just 5 miles from Lake Davenport Estates allowing easy access to all other major attractions
