Description of Holiday Villa

Once you open the door to our Villa, you immediately get a feeling of space. High ceilings with remote controlled ceiling fans help the air conditioning keep you cool. The villa stretches out over 2000 sq. feet. And you can add to that the West facing pool area, incorporating the 14' by 28 ' heated pool. The pool is drenched in sun from early in the morning until the evening. Relax in the luxury loungers and eat alfresco at the table and chairs. Bar-b-que supplied.
Our Villa is furnished to the highest standard, and the kitchen has everything you will need. Dish washer, double fridge freezer with icemaker, cooker, microwave and waste disposal unit as well as a filter-coffee maker etc.. Everything you will need is at hand. There is a breakfast bar and separate table and chairs. We have 2 living areas. The TV lounge, which is open plan with the kitchen, has a massive TV with surround sound and over a hundred channels on cable. The entertainment system contains DVD, Video and CD player with radio, all of which are surround sound as well. We also have an X-Box. The other is a lounge diner, with beautiful dining table and chairs. We also have a 3 seater sofa in here (which converts easily into a queen size bed), and a 2 seat sofa. Access the 2nd bedroom from here with Queen size bed (bigger than uk size). Like all of our bedrooms it has it's own tv and fitted wardrobes. The Master bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Cable tv, walk in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom. This has a walk in shower, his and hers sinks, luxurious bath and a w/c. You also have your own access to the pool. The 2nd bathroom has a bath, shower and his and hers sinks as well as the w/c. Both bathrooms have hairdryers. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and are perfect for the kids. The games room is equipped with pool, darts, and foosball. There is a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, and drying space.
There is parking for 2 cars.

Golf Facilities

You will be spoilt for choice with the amount of top quality courses within easy driving distances. The nearest is Highlands Reserve approximately 5 minutes drive away on Interstate 27 heading South. Fairly open with choice of 3 tees, but plenty of bunkers!. $40 includes buggy. Legends Golf course is 10 Minutes away on Interstate 27. Choice of 4 tees on this beautiful top quaity course.This one has elevated tees, par 3's across valleys, lakes and bunkers. Cart has satellite caddy to give you exact yardages on each hole. Great value at $38 inclusive. Orange lakes is 5 minutes away on the 192. Play the legends course designed by Arnold Palmer. Immaculate with greens running at 11 on the stintmeter. Slightly more expensive at $60 but worth it. Southern Dunes is 10 minutes away. More top quality courses on Disney. I played Ridgewood Lakes, a public course for $25 in November 06. There is water on 16 holes, mainly both sides of the fairway! There are 38 courses within a 30 minute drive.

Beaches / Coast

Situated halway between Gulf and Atlantic beaches, the Villa is perfectly situated for venturing out. Approximaely a 45 minute drive either way.
Don't fancy the drive? Blizzard beach and Typhoon Lagoon have fantastic golden sandy beaches, with wave machines just a 10 minute drive away at Disney's waterparks! If you buy a 5 or 7 day hopper pass to the parks (you can visit more than one park in one day) you will get free admission to the waterparks thrown in. (Ask when buying your tickets that this still applies).

Disabled Access

Our Villa is extremely accessible and suitable for disabled people, particularly as it is all on one floor. All doors are wide enough for wheelchair access and with 2 lots of sliding doors to the pool area, this too is an easily accessible area.

Further Details

Sunrise Lakes is on Highway 27, 1 mile from interstate 192 which gives access to Disney and unlimited shops and restaurants.
There are Walmarts and Win Dixie Superstores 2 minutes away which sell just about anything you will need. There is also a Pharmacy, and a Bank. Randies bar and restaurant is located at the gates of Sunrise and is renowned for its friendly atmosphere.
There are dozens of Golf courses within 10 minutes drive, Fishing lakes and orange groves just down the road.
Once on the 192 (1 mile away) you are 10 minutes from Disneys Gates with access to The Magic Kingdom, MGM, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, the 2 waterparks Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. You will also find Downtown Disney here which is a great place to take the kids at night. Pleasure Island is also here which is over 21's only. Universal studios is 20 minutes drive as well as Seaworld. Seaworld is situated in International Drive where you will find all the outlets stores in massive shopping Malls.

Location of Holiday Villa

Our Villa is located Sunrise Lakes just off of I27 in Clermont. Sunrise Lakes is a beautiful quiet community, close to all local amenities. We are surronded by Orange groves, golf courses, and lakes. The best part is that although in a quiet location, just a 2 minute drive takes you onto the 192, which is where all the restaurants, and shops are.
Disney is just a 10 minute drive away. Marvel at the organisation of their car parking facilities. Ever been to Wembley stadium and taken 2 hours to get out of the car park? There are twice as many people around and you will be indoors inside 30 minutes!
There are huge Outlet shopping malls 15 minutes form the Villa. Prices here are between 1/3 to 1/2 of what you will pay in England. The PUB is 10 minutes away for all the Live premiership action and full English breakfast..

The nearest airport is Orlando. This takes approximately 30 minutes to drive to and from. Sanford Airport is about 40 minutes away, and Tampa Airport is 45 minutes from the West. Miami is about a 3 1/2 hour drive.
