Description of Holiday Villa

Our luxury villa is fully air-conditioned and comprises of a spacious open plan lounge (with 32" cable T.V, video and Hi-Fi) and dining area which overlooks the pool.
Outside, the pool and spa are south facing with a lake view. The pool and lanai can be lit in the evening for outdoor entertaining and to experience the tranquil surroundings. A gas BBQ is provide for your use.
The fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge freezer with ice making facilities. There is a separate utility room with large washing machine and tumble dryer. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board is provided for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, cable T.V. ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with fitted wardrobe. There is also a T.V. with DVD player.
The third bedroom is a twin bedded room with T.V and the fourth is a Disney themed room with a 3 sleeper bunk bed, T.V. and Playstation 2 console and games.

There is also a Games Room with Table Tennis, Air Hockey and Electronic Darts.

Our home is fully licensed and registered in the State of Florida and managed locally by a professional management company who ensures that the lawns, pool and property are maintained to a very high standard. Furthermore, a co-ordinator is on 24hr call-out for emergencies.

We are just 1 hour away from the Atlantic coast and beaches of Daytona, Cocoa Beach and the Space Coast, and 1 hour away from the Gulf Coast with the spectacular Beaches of St Pete's and Clearwater.

Our luxurious 4 Bedroom 3 bathroom home is situated in a superb location just one junction from Disney’s Maingate and 3 minutes away from ChampionsGate golf course.
At the nearby ChampionsGate area you will find a number of shops including, Publix supermarket, Walgreens, Little China (restaurant), UPS store, Video rental store and Mc Donalds. There is also a Gas station (petrol station).
A Wal-Mart superstore is just 10 minutes south on US 27.
On our up-market development, guests are free to enjoy the floodlit tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. There is a community swimming pool (with changing rooms and toilet facilities) which has spectacular views of Lake Madison and the nature trail. There is also a children’s play area. Only 8 minutes from Disney World, we're in the perfect location. We are also just 1 mile from the Champions Gate Golf complex designed by Greg Norman. In fact Disney is so close that you can come back to our Florida Villa for lunch or for an afternoon swim, and then return to Disney or the other Theme Parks later, fully refreshed.
