Description of Holiday Villa
Our luxury Lakeside villa is situated on the prestigious Thousand Oaks Development. Thousand Oaks is a small development split between holiday homes and residential. The villa is on a small cul-de-sac. At the rear is a 40 acre natural lake with private fishing from the fenced rear garden, with a fantastic view. To the front is a conservation area. The villa has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Briefly the accommodation comprises kingsize bed in the master bedroom with T.V. Video, phone and large en-suite bathroom, with bath, double size shower cubicle, and full length wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed,wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 single beds in each, wardrobes, and share the third bathroom. Bed linen, towels, and hairdryers are provided. The villa is air conditioned and has ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, fridge freezer, toaster, juicer, waffle maker, coffee maker. There is also a breakfast area with dining table and six chairs. The kitchen leads on to the family room with T.V, DVD player and Hi Fi., and phone. There is a seperate lounge, and also a formal dining area. The laundry room contains a washer & dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes horse.The villa has a safe and is fully alarmed with a link to the Sheriff. The villa is beautifully furnished throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample pots & pans etc. The games room consists of a full size pool table, table tennis and fruseball. At the rear there is a covered patio area fully equipped with patio furniture and gas barbecue, this is screened together with the swimming pool area, which is extended, the pool is 25ft by 12ft, and also a Jacuzzi. The pool can be heated for an extra charge if required. The rear garden is fenced either side out to the lake for privacy, fishing is allowed. The villa is only 10 minutes to Disney, minutes to Interstate 4 and 192.
Golf Facilities
Lakeside Villa is highly suitable for Golfers, as the nearest golf course to Thousand Oaks development is Champions Gate. This is only 5 minutes away by car and is reputed to be one of the best in the area. Further details are available on request.
Beaches / Coast
The beaches of both the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic are approx 1-1.5 hours away, but either destination will make for a great day out.
Special Interest
The rear garden is fenced either side out to the lake for privacy, but fishing is allowed.
The games room consists of a full size pool table, table tennis and fruseball.

Thousand Oaks is in an enviable position. 10 minutes to Disney, 5 minutes to Champions Gate Publix supermarket, Liquor store, Hairdressers, Pizza Shop, Chinese Restaurant, Subway etc. The local garage is well stocked with a small British section, beers, wines, and general groceries. It also sells fried chicken, pizzas, and fish and chips. Only minutes from Interstate 4 and 192 with all it's shops and restaurants etc.
