Description of Holiday Villa
This fully air conditioned villa is situated on Sandy Ridge, a new community, on the SR532, close to Walt Disney World. It is on a large corner plot with woodland views to the side and rear, for extra privacy.
The villa is ideally located being on a quiet development surrounded by conservation land but within a short distance of all the Theme Parks and other amenities.
Inside
There are two master bedrooms (one king sized, one queen sized) both with en-suite bath/shower rooms making our villa ideal for two families. There are two further bedrooms each with twin beds and if necessary there is a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the villa to sleep 10.
The family room has colour TV and DVD, with further TVs in all the bedrooms. All the TVs are connected to the cable system providing over 70 different channels. There are also a small selection of DVDs to watch, and a selection of board games.
Wireless broadband internet access
The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with ice maker. So if you decide to eat in you should have everything you’ll need.
In the separate utility room there is a washer and a tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
Our luxury villa has a large pool 30’ by 15’ with spa. Unlike some other properties on the development our house has an extended deck area giving plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. All of this extended area is covered by a screen which covers the whole of the back of the house. This allows you to enjoy watching the dragonflies whilst relaxing in the spa but the mosquitoes can’t enjoy biting you! There is plenty of cushioned patio furniture so everyone gets a seat. We also have a selection of pool toys for the younger members of your party to enjoy. The pool has the added safety feature of a removable barrier for the protection of small children and non-swimmers
There is a gas barbeque.
Golf Facilities
For those of you looking for a Florida Golfing Holiday there is a wealth of golf courses nearby, the two closest being Champions Gate – a PGA championship course designed by Greg Norman, and the prestigious community of Reunion which has two signature golf courses designed by some of the greatest names in golf—Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and is in the process of building a third designed by Jack Nicklaus (due to open in 2006).
Both golf courses at Reunion were listed on Golfweek's list of America's Top 40 New Courses for 2005.
Beaches / Coast
The beaches on west and east coasts can be reached by car in about an hour.

Sandy Ridge is a quiet peaceful community surrounded by conservation land. It is only 10 minutes from Disney World and about 20 minutes from Universal Studios. The Intetstate hoighway, I-4 is only 1 mile from here giving quick and easy access to all the other attractions in the central Florida area ie; Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens, Tampa and the Gulf Coast. Within 5 minutes drive you will find golf, a supermarket, restaurants, bank, petrol station and a pharmacy. A little further will take you to shopping outlets and many more restaurants and other activities.
