Description of Holiday Villa

This exclusive air-conditioned villa is only 10 minutes from the magical resort of Disney and all other major attractions. We have an on-site 18 hole Championship golf course (par 72), and are also extremely close to many other prestigious courses - including several world-class golf courses.

The idyllic setting, coupled with the close proximity to the major attractions ensures that it provides an ideal holiday retreat for families and golfing parties alike, and the size, quality and design of the villa makes it stand out from many other Florida villas. Unlike many other Florida villas, this villa is not overlooked, ensuring that your privacy and tranquility are never compromised.

As the villa has two Master Bedroom Suites with large luxurious beds, it is ideal for two families to share the property. A further two bedrooms each have twin beds, and there is an additional queen-sized sofa-bed in the second of the two living rooms.

This villa is luxuriously furnished and will cater for your every need, ensuring you experience a luxurious holiday of a lifetime, often for far less than a hotel would cost. The villa has recently benefitted from a number of upgrades which include : a fully equipped games room, complementary internet access and PC, complementary walkie talkies, and all linens upgraded to 3-400 thread count.

The villa benefits from a private, screened, South-facing swimming pool, and gets sun all day long. The pool has an extended deck area, and has a large, furnished shaded area which provides a fantastic setting for al fresco dining. In addition to the private pool, guests have complementary use of the communal pool if they wish. Guests may also have complementary use of the Highlands Reserve childrens play areas and the private tennis facilities. Raquets and balls are provided in the villa for your use. Highlands Reserve is also near to many nature trails, should you wish to take advantage of the spectacular surroundings on foot.

Golf Facilities

We are extremely lucky to have an on-site 18 hole Championship Golf Course, which provides challenging play with its dramatic elevation changes and use of natural terrain. The course was designed by Mike Dasher to provide a challenging round of golf, and is highly regarded amongst golfers.

Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club has a fully equipped Club House, with an in-house golf professional.

In addition to our on-site course, the villa is ideally situated for easy access to a number of other prestigious courses, and details of all surrounding golf facilities are provided in the welcome pack that we send to all our guests.

Beaches / Coast

The vila is located just 50 minutes away from beaches on either coast, and is only 55 minutes to Fort de Soto, which has been voted as Americas #1 beach (including Hawaii), for 3 years running. Fort de Soto provides miles of exquisite, powdery white sandy beaches, and activities which will appeal to guests of all ages. There are facilities for fishing, power sports, and kayaking nature trails - which allow you to get close to dolphins, manatees, and turtles.

Disabled Access

The villa is single story, and the open plan layout provides easy access to all areas for less able bodied guests. The en-suite bathroom of the master suite has a large, oversized shower cubicle which incorporates a seating area, which is suitable for guests with affected mobility. We are happy to discuss individual requirements, and are delighted to accomodate any reasonable requests to make improvements which will make our villa more accessible to our less able-bodied guests.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and liquor stores are within walking distance of the villa. Larger superstores and a wider variety of restaurants can be found within a short drive.

Location of Holiday Villa

The villa is perfectly situated, close to Disney and all attractions, and only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The villa is close to I 27, and near to the I 4, which provides easy access to all roads and highways - without the usual congestion associated with hotels in central Orlando. The villa provides the perfect base to explore Florida and the surrounding areas.
