Description of Holiday Villa
Our custom built Florida home is located just off Highway 27 on the prestigious Calabay Parc development. The woods behind our house mean we are not overlooked from the rear and the plants on both sides of the deck provide additional privacy.This is the perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.
Our 1st master suite has a king size bed and a large bathroom with a level access shower. Our 2nd master suite has a queen size bed and a shower.Both master suites have direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is a Disney twin, guaranteed to delight young children, and bedroom 4 has a full size double bed. These 2 bedrooms share bathroom 3 which has a standard tub and overhead shower.
Every bedroom has a television and DVD player.
Our family room has comfy chairs and settees, the largest of which converts to a full size sofa bed for additional guests, and a television and DVDplayer. This room looks out onto the pool deck.
Our den has a large comfy settee which also converts to a full size sofa bed and the television there has a play station 2 attatched.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc and a large fridge freezer with an ice maker, everything you need if you choose to dine at home. we have also installed a PC with broadband internet access on which we have downloaded SKYPE which you can use for phone calls
There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board so no need to take all that washing home! Our brand new games room has a pool table, air hockey and darts
Our pool deck has a table and chairs for Al-fresco dining and a selection of sun loungers to make the most of that Florida sunshine The pool has a light inside if you fancy that late night swim.
Golf Facilities
Orlando has an abundance of Championship golf courses, our nearest is only 5 minutes away at Highlands Reserve and we have Champion's Gate 10 minutes away with Southern Dunes only a 15 minute drive away

Disabled Access
Our home is wheelchair accessible via a shallow ramp to the front door which is wider than usual for easier access.The 1st master suite has a wider doorway and a large bathroom with a level access shower for which a shower chair is provided. There are grab rails in the shower and beside the toilet. This bathroom has 2 basins, one of which is accessible to wheelchair users. There is a shallow ramp giving direct access from the master bedroom to the pool deck. The kitchen sink is accessible. All light switches and electrical sockets are accessible. The pool has a hand rail and a hoist at the shallow end. There is a ramp from the utility room to the garage.
Further Details
We are 20 minutes from Disney and 45 minutes from Kennedy space centre. The lively 192 area is only a few minutes away with a large selection of shops and restaurants serving food of all nationalties to suit all tastes. Our nearest supermarket is 3 miles away and there is a pharmacy just down the road. Calabay Parc has a children's play area and a volleyball court

The prestigious Clabay Parc development is situated just off Highway 27 and within a conservation area. The villa backs onto woodland and is surrounded by beautiful scenery.
