Description of Holiday Villa

Situated on an outer circle, well away from traffic noise, the Pooldeck area offers more privacy as it is not overlooked from all angles. Floodlit pool area, Patio Table, Chairs and Loungers are provided.

Kitchen/Breakfast nook with table and four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a large conventional cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher & waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender and kitchen scales. Also professional chef’s cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

There is a separate laundry room with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Family Room has two sofas, a swivel/rocking chair, large dining table and six chairs, TV, VCR with selection of tapes, Hi-Fi, coffee table & reading lamps, and ceiling fan. Patio doors, which lead out to the pooldeck, are fitted with a child safety alarm.

Master Bedroom has a queensize (5ft) bed with ensuite facilities and access to the pool. There is a large clothes closet, dressing table, bedside cabinets and TV, also a remote controlled ceiling fan incorporating lights with dimmer switch. The second and third bedrooms – one double, and one twin share the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have large clothes closets and the double bedroom also has a TV/VCR combi unit. We subscribe to Cable TV and approx. 76 channels are available.
