Description of Holiday Villa

Highlands Reserve, situated on the US Highway 27, is in a peaceful location yet is ideally located for easy access to all of the major attractions with shops, supermarkets and restaurants only a short drive away.
Our beautiful villa has a larger than ususal living space and comfortably accommodate two families. It will sleep 8 people in its four bedrooms, but can also cater for a further 2 people on a comfortable queen size bed-settee in one of the living rooms.
Furnished to a very high standard, the accommodation comprises 2 spacious family rooms plus a separate dining room and a breakfast nook that overlooks the pool.
The luxury fully fitted kitchen has ample work surfaces and all the necessary extras you could need including an american fridge with ice maker.
The master bedroom with doors to the pool area has a king size bed and spacious en-suite facilities comprising twin vanity basins, roman bath and a large, separate walk-in shower.
Other bedrooms consist of a second master bedroom which adjoins the cabana bathroom leading to the pool and two twin-bedded rooms, which share the third full size bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TVs.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
A separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
A double garage leads off the utility room with space to fit two cars/vans.
A cot, highchair and stroller are available for use at no extra charge..
Outside, enjoy the built in BBQ next to the 28 x 14 fully screened, heatable pool and jacuzzi/hot tub which is surrounded by an attractive extended deck area. West facing to get the benefit of those floridian sunsets.
The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced by our management company whose office is just 5 minutes away and always happy to help with any queries
Just 30 minutes away from Orlando Airport, our home is a mere 15 minutes southwest of Disney World and yet within an hour of the Gulf or Atlantic beaches and the Kennedy Space Center.

Orlando, the perfect location for a golfing holiday. Wonderfully warm and sunny with an excellent choice of championship golf courses including the new Champions Gate facility which hosts two Greg Norman designed courses and the David Leadbetter golf academy.
Champions Gate is just a 10 minute drive from Highlands Reserve.
Our villa is situated at the prestigious Highlands Reserve, which features a superb Par 72 Championship Golf Course. The Course overlooks a wooded conservation area and nature reserve, winds through citrus groves and pine trees and features over 120ft of elevation change. There is a friendly bar where you can get snacks and cold drinks and a well stocked pro-shop.
