Our lovely villa is ituated on a peaceful community with 3 lakes and nature walks, children's playground and fishing in 2 of the lakes.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and comprises 2 master en-suite bedrooms, 1 with King size bed, 1 with Queen size bed plus 2 twin bedrooms.
The lounge with cable TV and DVD player and telephone.
The formal dining area with seating for 6 people.
The kitchen features a large cooker, microwave, fridge/freezerwith ice maker, dishwasher,toaster and breakfast area with seating for 4 people.
Games room complete with adult pool-table and dart board.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, cable TV, walk-in-wardrobes and one master bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool and patio area.
There is a separate utility room with washer and separate dryer, iron and ironing board.
Hairdryers in 2 of the bathrooms.

The sundeck and pool features a heated swimming pool with under water lighting, and safety fence for the safety of children. Table and chairs and sunloungers.
