Description of Holiday Villa

Our villa is air conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and family room.

The Master Suite has a King size bed, cable television and video. There is a large walk-in closet and the en-suite shower room leads through to the pool.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and built in closet and TV
Bedroom 3 has twin beds with a built in closet and TV

Bathroom 2 has a full size bath and overhead shower. A hairdryer is supplied in each of the bathrooms

Radio/alarm clocks are in the bedrooms.

The bright family room overlooks the lawned area and has a 32" LCD multi-channel cable television which is also connected to an X-Box games console and DVD player. There are games provided

There is a living area to the front, with a double sofa bed allowing the villa to sleep up to 8 people.

There is a dining area which has access to the pool area, and a kitchen nook in the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice-making facilities. A radio/CD player can also be found in the kitchen area.

Laundry facilities are in a cupboard close to the kitchen area. There is a washing line in the garden to the side of the villa.

All bed linens and towels for both indoor use and pool use are provided.

There are games and DVD's for the X-Box, board games and a supply of reading books. We also have a football table.

Access to pool is via the family room, dining area and Master Suite. All doors to the pool area have security alarms for the safety of young children.
The large screened pool area is equipped with plenty of poolside furniture to allow you to dine outside and relax by the pool. There is also a large selection of pool inflatables for you to use. The yard is large and secure enough for the children to play ball games in.
There is also an elecric barbecue for our guests to use, all we ask is that it is cleaned after each use and returned to the garage at the end of your stay

Golf Facilities

Our villa is situated 5 minutes from the Champions Gate Resort with numerous golf courses designed by Jack Nicholas amongst others.
There are over 100 courses within a 20 minute drive of the villa.

Beaches / Coast

We are situated approximatley midway between the beaches of St Pete's and Sarasota in the West and Daytona in the East.
Driving time is just short of an hour in either direction.

Disabled Access

As our property is a single storey home wheelchair users are welcome. As long as they can access the small step at the front door. This they will need help with.

Further Details

We are situated 5 minutes off of the I4 so all routes are quickly and easily accessible. We are just 2 minutes from a local shop and 5 minutes from a major supermarket.
Disney World is an easy 10 minute drive away with the Universal Theme Parks and SeaWorld just 15 minutes further on.
Numerous restaurants and shops are just 10 minutes away.

Location of Holiday Villa

Sunridge Woods is situated on County Road 54 just west of the junction with CR545, the Old Lake Wilson Road, and just 2 miles east of junction 58 on the I4.
It is an exclusive and peaceful community of private homes set within a conservation area with attractive Wetlands to the front of the development.
There is a lake with stunning views and an abundance of wildlife at all times throughout the year, you may be lucky to spot Giant Gopher Tortoises, Vultures, American Bald Eagles, Peregrine Falcons, Red Cardinals to name a few.
Sunridge Woods has an active Home Owners Association, which ensures that the community is maintained to a high standard.
Although a very peaceful community, Sunridge Woods is only 10 minutes away from Highway 192 with its abundance of shops and restaurants that cater for a wide variety of tastes.
Walt Disney World is only 15 minutes away with Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and SeaWorld only 10 minutes further away.

Directions to Holiday Villa

Sunridge Woods is a prestigious and quiet private residential community accessed from Highway CR54. The villa is located at the most southerly part of the estate.

Access to the CR54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway) is best achieved by taking exit 58 from Interstate 4, which the first exit after the Mickey Mouse pylon (you cannot miss it), turning left at end of off ramp onto Highway 543 (Osceola Polk Line Rd). At the first set of traffic lights turn right onto Highway 545 (Lake Wilson Road). After about a mile you will come to a T junction where you turn right on CR54 (Ronald Regan Parkway). In less than half a mile you will come to the 2nd entrance to Sunridge Woods which is situated on the left hand side. The entrance to the estate is marked by a walled entrance feature.
