Description of Holiday Villa

Luxury 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa with private pool, offering you a luxury base for your vacation. Sleeps 8 – 10. Situated in the prestigious and secure gated community of Cumbrian Lakes in Kissimmee, only 10 minutes to Disney, 5 minutes to a 24 hr supermarket and Highway 192 with its wide selection of restaurants and shops. An ideal location for all of central Florida’s attractions.
Built Sept 2004, our home is furnished to a high specification, and with attention to detail, it has that homely feel that caters for your every need. Central air conditioning/heating throughout. The spacious living room has digital cable TV, DVD Player, Hi-Fi, and telephone. It is of open plan design, accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, and nook. Sliding doors lead to the pool area.
A separate utility area houses a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer.
The 4 spacious bedrooms comprise of a master bedroom with king size bed, huge en-suite, and its own sliding door to the pool area. The second bedroom has queen size bed and full bathroom, and finally 2 twin rooms share an adjoining full bathroom. Either of these twins can be made into an en-suite if preferred.
Hairdryer provided in each bathroom.
All rooms have Cable TV with DVD, generous drawer and closet space
The private screened pool and sun terrace benefits from day long sunshine, and has a covered lanai which is ideal for outside dining, or relief from the Florida sun. This area also conveniently provides you with an additional toilet and washbasin.
Games Room with Pool Table, Table Soccer, and Electronic Darts. We also offer a wide selection of CD’s, DVD’s, books, and board games for your entertainment.

Additional features include Intruder alarm and Security Box for storage of your valuables.

Being close to the regions major highways, coastal areas are easily accessible. Approximately 1 to 1 ½ hours drive to either the Atlantic or Gulf coast .
