Our Beachwalk Villa is a luxurious home which is available for rent within the Beachwalk Isles community of Fort Myers, situated on Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast. Our Beachwalk Villa has been recently built within Beachwalk Isles , a beautiful landscaped gated community midway between the historic district of downtown Fort Myers and the white sandy beaches of Fort Myers Beach.
The Villa has its own private solar heated swimming pool and the rear of the Villa enjoys open views over a lake where herons, egrets and osprey are often spotted.
Our Beachwalk Villa reflects the charm, style and space that Florida villas can offer . Siituated in Beachwalk Isles which is a beautiful landscaped gated community midway between the historic district of downtown Fort Myers and the magnificent white sandy beaches of Fort Myers Beach. The magical islands of Sanibel and Captiva are equally close.Downtown Fort Myers standing on the Caloosahatchee River has a fascinating history and contains the winter homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. The white sandy beaches of Fort Myers with its water sports, deep sea fishing, huge variety of restaurants and bars and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva are a short drive away. The nearest beach is around 5 minutes away, but there are so many beautiful beaches close by that you will be spoilt for choice.

Florida is Americas’ playground and is probably most famous for its Theme Parks and all year round climate. What’s probably less well known is the host of other attractions that the state has to offer for the whole family. There are numerous golf courses in the area. The upmarket facilities of Naples are within easy reach and there are two bargain outlet shopping malls on the doorstep plus a whole range of other shops to suit all tastes and budgets. There are many National and State reserves and parks nearby with their varied landscapes and extensive animal and bird life.
Our Beachwalk Villa is about 4 hours drive away from the hustle, bustle and world class theme parks of the Orlando area, around 2 and a half hours drive from the lively atmosphere of Tampa and Miami and this contrasts with the relaxing lifestyle and peaceful natural beauty of the Fort Myers area. …… And the perfect place to enjoy this whole experience, why our Beachwalk Villa of course
