Description of Holiday Villa
Our magnificent villa enjoys over 3000sq of living space with an extended walk in pool, incorporating hand rail, deck and luxury spa overlooking the lake and fountain. There is a fully equipped games room with 50" windscreen cable TV, full size slate bed pool table, darts and X Box. There are 5 beautiful bedrooms (2 master suites) and 4 bathrooms. A huge, light and airy family room provides the centre point of the villa with a separate elegant sitting room and exquisite formal dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has access to the breakfast bar and intimate nook for more informal dining.
The superb south facing deck area enjoys day long sunshine. There is a covered lanai to enjoy the shade if necessary and this area is furnished with a large outdoor dining table and padded chairs. There are sumptuously padded luxury sun loungers and an additional table with parasol. A barbecue is provided. We have created a soft play area with a Little Tykes playhouse for the younger members of the group.
You can relax on the lovely deck area and enjoy the wildlife and birds that are attracted to the lake just metres from where you are soaking up the beautiful Florida sunshine.

Our villa is ideally situated to enjoy the magical experience of Disney. The stunning Gulf Coast to the West and Space Coast to the East are just over an hour's drive away.
Disabled Access
Our villa is simply second to none in terms of comfort, disabled adaptations and equipment available for use in the villa. There is level access throughout, a specially adapted bathroom with wheel-in shower, raised toilet and wheelchair accessible sink.
Holidaying aborad can be difficult because of the differing needs for adaptations so on request wee can provide further equipment ie. pool hoist, flotation aids for the pool, bed guard etc.

Within our exclusive community is a communal swimming pool, tennis courts and several child play areas. Nearby is a well stocked supermarket, several restaurants, take aways, bars, banks etc. There are several superb golf courses locally.
