Description of Holiday Apartment

This newly remodeled apartment has granite counters in the kitchen and baths as well as beautiful maple cabinets, carpeted bedrooms and livingroom and porceline tiled kitchen, bath, and hallways. The bedrooms boast walls of windows to let you enjoy the beautiful views that sweep from the Gulf of Mexico and beach to the Intercoastal waterway and the city beyond. Each bedroom has a King-size bed and plenty of closet and drawer space. The kitchen is well equipped including microwave, stove, new refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, countertop grill, and all the cabinet space you imagine. Of course, dishes, glasses, cups, flatware, pots and pans, and all the service items are included. There are 4 television, as well as a DVD player, video cassette player, and Internet connection.

The amenities are endless at this beautiful complex. Besides the beautiful heated pool on the beach, there are many things to enjoy in the beach club which is located on the main floor of the building. There are two card rooms, a library, a well equipped workout room, mens and womens saunas, a billiard room, and a ballroom where you can enjoy the many activities hosted by our social committee. Weekly movies and cocktail parties, bingo, dance lessons, entertainment, and dances, from rock and roll to dressy holiday affairs. There's a little bit for everyone.

Golf Facilities

Because of the beautiful year round weather, this area has dozens of golf courses to choose from. If you are a beginner or a pro there is a course for you, several as close as 5 minutes away.

Beaches / Coast

Enjoy the beautiful turquoise water and the white sand beach just outside your door. You can walk for miles if you so choose, or just sit and enjoy people watching, but the best part of the day is watching the splendid sunsets.

Further Details

This area has some of the finest restaurants around. Across the street, Shells is a casual restaurant with an outside bar and often has live entertainment. There are many other such places along Gulf Blvd, but there are as many 'fine dining' establishments also. Salt Rock Grill is within a 5 minute drive, or the Lobster Pot is a 5 minute walk. Both come highly recommended. If you're looking to just go dancing, The Pub a fun place, or if you're in a younger mood, The Green Iquana is the place to rock. There are several newspapers available for free which will give you the update on all that happens in the area.

Redington Shores is right between Clearwater Florida and St Petersburg Florida and 40 minutes from Tampa. It is 45 minutes from Bush Gardens and 2 hours from Orlando and all the Disney parks.
