Description of Holiday Villa

Welcome to our luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa located in the exclusive gated community of Tivoli Manor. It is furnished to a high standard and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share, being ab le to accommodate up to 8 adults and has its own private screened pool with large extended deck. The pool deck is alarmed so as children cannot enter without alerting an adult.
Our luxury villa, which meets exacting standards has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite), a fully fitted 'American Dream' kitchen, air conditioning and heating throughout, cable television in lounge and all bedrooms. Internet access is available (laptop not supplied). The pool is a south facing screened pool which can be fully heated in the winder months if necessary (charges apply). Our professional and experienced management company will help ensure that you have a trouble free holiday at all times.
The Disney attractions are within 15 - 20 minutes from the villa which is about 2 miles from Interstate 4 making the other major theme parks easily reached.
A new shopping area has recently been built with many shops already open for business. There are many restaurants in the area to suit all tastes.
Several golf courses are in the area including Southern Dunes and Champsionshipgate.

Golf Facilities

Southern Dunes course is about a 10 minute drive from the villa.
Championshipgate is about the same distance being one junction down the interstate 4.

Beaches / Coast

When you have had enough of theme parks several beaches can be reached by car within about one hour

If watching sport on large screen just up the road is a bar which shows all major sporting events including the English football matches.
