Description of Holiday Villa
With rates starting from only £399 per week our detached villa is fully airconditioned & is furnished throughout to a very high standard to ensure a maximum of comfort & a relaxing holiday home. Only 30 minutes from Orlando Airport on the US27, the home is a mere 15 minutes from Disney & yet only an hour away from the Gulf and Atlantic beaches & Kennedy Space Centre. There is an abundance of local shops, 24 hr supermarket & restaurants within 3 minutes drive.
The accommodation consists of, A spacious family room with digital cable 42" flat plasma screen TV, DVD, VCR & Radio/CD. High speed internet plus free US & Canadian calls.It is open plan accompanied with a fully equiped full size kitchen, breakfast bar and nook seating 6. 3 Sliding doors open to the pool area. A separate laundry room with a large capacity washer & dryer lead to the garage. To the front there is a formal lounge with 2 sofas on converts to a queensize sofa bed, coffee tables & subdued lighting for a more relaxed evening with patio doors looking out to the pool. Beyond is a formal dining area seating 6. The 4 spacious bedrooms comprise, a Master with en-suite & its own patio door to the pool. The second bedroom has a queen size bed & its own en-suite leading to the pool deck. Finally 2 twin bedrooms share the third bathroom. Hairdryers are provided in each bathroom. All rooms have generous draw and walk in closet space.
The 30 x 18 ft heatable Pool & Jacuzzi with under water lighting and water falls sits in an oversized deck to ensure space for all. Full range of up graded patio furniture includes alarge table, chairs, loungers & reclining chairs with foot stools all under fine mesh bug screen to ensure problem free bathing. There is a large covered porch (Lanai) & BBQ for alfreso dining & relief from the Florida sun. For the real sun lovers our garden to the rear is not over looked.
Additional features include intruder alarms on all sliders & pool door, which also provide child safety.
Golf Facilities
Our home backs onto Highlands Reserve Golf Community where special rates are available.
Champions Gate Golf (PGA) is 5 mins, Orange Lake Country Club 10 Mins, Southern Dunes (PGA) 28 mins, Grand Cypress Resort with 4 courses 18 mins, Lake Buena vista/Disney World (6 Courses) 13 mins, Hunters Creek Golf Club 23 mins. There are far too many to list them all as Florida is Golf heaven. Fees range from $25 to $100+ per round depending on course, time & season.
Horse Riding Facilities
There is a riding stable at Poinciana Horse World Stables (www.horseworldstables.com) open 7 days a week from 9.00am with a range of trails and ability novice to dedicated. Prices range from $43.95 to $74.95 + tax per adult. Drive time approximately 25/30 mins. Helmets available.
Beaches / Coast
The Beaches on the Gulf coast are within 1 hours drive west on the I 4 interstate. Honeymoon Island & Tarpon Springs (Greek settlement) make for a great day out, Sponge divers and Greek Restaurants,then Osprey, Bald Eagles and Dolphin spotting on the Island. Many other beaches of white sand run the length of this coast. Go north to Homasassa and spot the Manatee.
The East coast is also 1 hour along the Beach Line to the Space Centre and 1 1/2 to Daytona then further north to the first settlement St Augustine a very historic town.
Disabled Access
Our home is all on one level with wide and easy access doors. The front door has a very low threshold and double doors. The Pool bathroom has a double companion shower should assistance be required. There are also plastic garden chairs which can be used as a shower chair.

Sea World is approx 20 mins, Universal Studios 30mins, Busch Gardens 1 hour 20 mins, Wet & Wild/International drive shopping 35 mins. The Designer Outlet Mall 20 mins, Cypress gardens 30 mins. Old Town is a must on Saturday nights for the car enthusiast and is free 35 mins. Nature lovers and walkers will find Lake Louisa north on the US27 before Clermont 15mins. Bok Tower & Gardens South on the US 27 35mins near Spook Hill.

Location of Holiday Villa
We are located on the US27 between the Interstate I4 and the state road 192.
Westridge is to the rear of The Manors North & South at Westridge and is very quiet and secluded (no traffic wash). Restuarants and supermarket are only 3 mins max and access to all the attractions is very easy. Times suggested depend on traffic but are generally correct
