Bedrooms

Master bedroom has a Kingsize bed, and an ensuite bathroom, walk-in-wardrobe, large TV with cable and own access to the pool. 2nd bedroom has a Queensize bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 single beds in each room.
The lounge/diner also has a queensize sleeper bedmwhich can sleep another 2 comfortably.

Bathrooms

Masters ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower, his and hers sinks luxury bath and a w/c. Plenty of towells supplied but please take a beach towell for waterparks and beaches.
2nd bathroom has a bath, shower, his and hers sinks and a w/c. There is a large cupboard with spare towells. Hairdryers x 2.

Reception Rooms

Both reception rooms have top quality fixtures and fittings. No expense has been spared. The TV and entertaiment system have every facility you will need, all working in fantastic surround sound. Dining room table has 6 chairs, but the kitchen also has 4 which are close at hand.

This is open plan with the TV lounge so you can still socialise whilst preparing your meal

Cable TV has over 100 channels. Surround sound on all equipment. X-Box. Internet access available please ask for details. Games room has pool table, table tennis and foosball as well as darts. All bats and cues etc provided.

Garage is now the fully equipped games room. Pool is meshed in to stop the gnats and mossies, but it will not stop the sunrays!
There is also a communal pool in Sunrise lakes. There are also climbing frames, swings, slides and tubes for the kids to climb through. Also there is a basketball court.

Pool Details

Beautiful pool area with bar-b-que. Plenty of luxury loungers and padded chairs for you to relax in. It is west facing for all day sun right through to sunset. The pool is lit at night and is perfect for the midnight swim. Pool heating is recommended between October and April and is £70 per week.

No smoking in Villa, there are smoke detectors.This is a child friendly enviroment. There is also a bleep that sounds if an external door opens, this is handy for the kids. Also we have a cot and a high chair for your use at no extra charge. The pool also has a child safety fence around it.

Cleaning Services / Towels and Linen

The villa is pristine on your arrival. There will be enough clean sheets and towells for your stay. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer if you need to wash anything. Please bring your own beach towells for taking away from the villa.

Extra Notes on Accommodation

Because this villa is all on one floor level, it makes it perfect for families, couples, the elderly or anyone needing wheelchair access.
There are 2 telephones with free local calls. Why not buy a phone card from Walmarts. A $10 (£6) card from here will pay for numerous calls home, as well as booking restaurants, tickets or whatever else you need. Just ring the number on the back of the card, enter your id number(given) and dial the number.
There is an English Pub 10 minutes away showing all the live premiership action and Internationals. You can even pick which game you want to watch in your breakfast booth!
The pool is fantastic and has a fibre-optic pool light, which changes colour whilst you enjoy your midnight swim.
