Reception Rooms
One of two main living spaces, the family room is ideally placed with easy access to the pool and deck area, through patio doors leading to the Lanai. The kitchen also opens on to this room so that even those doing the cooking can be involved with the rest of the party. There is cable TV and DVD/CD player.
Living Room
Connected by a doorway to the family room this is another living area ideal for those not wanting to watch TV. There is another comfy suite and a formal dining area.

The pool and spa are west facing and are in the sun from early morning, increasing as the day goes on. In the evening you can sit out and watch the sun set over the trees at the back of the house. The pool is 30' by 15' and the deck area has been extended so that, unlike some other villas, there is lots of space to relax. It also has woodland to the rear and side giving much more privacy. There is a large table and lots of comfy chairs, some reclining.
The spa is a great way to unwind after a busy day at the parks. You can relax in here and watch the dragonflies outside the screen! The covered lanai provides some shade and also has a ceiling fan to help cool you down. This is a great place to eat with a ceiling light which can be dimmed and lighting in the plants! The pool and spa also have lights to add to the atmosphere.
There is also a selection of pool toys in the garage.
Pool Details
Jacuzzi, Pool Lighting, Heated Pool,There is a large 30' by 15' pool with jacuzzi. Unlike many villas, the deck has been extended giving plenty of space around the pool on the soft recliners. The covered lanai gives shade during the heat of the day and is a great place to eat in the evening whilst watching the sun go down.

Suitability
Ideal for children, No Smoking Preferred, Quiet Location,Sandy Ridge is surrounded by conservation land. Our villa is on a corner plot with woodland to one side and the rear, making it very private. .. a peaceful retreat after a busy day at the parks. The pool has a removable safety barrier preventing small children gaining accesss unsupervised. Just across the road is a small children's play area.
Cleaning Services / Towels and Linen
All linen and towels are provided, including towels for use by the pool. (but if you are going to the water parks or the beach please bring beach towels).
The house will be cleaned prior to your visit and on departure. (There is a cleaning charge of £50 for stays of less than 7 nights)
