Bedrooms

One king master suite and one queen, both of which have direct access to the pool deck. A lovely Disney twin and bedroom 4 has a full size double bed. 2 full size sofa beds, one in the den and the other in the family room. All bedrooms have televisions and DVDplayers.

Bathrooms

Our 1st master suite has a huge bathroom with a wheel in shower, 2 basins, one of which is wheelchair accessible and a WC. Our 2nd en-suite bathroom has a shower, single basin and WC. Bathroom 3 has a bath with overhead shower, single basin and WC.There is a hairdryer in each bathroom

Reception Rooms

Our family room looks out onto the pool deck and is furnished with comfortable chairs and settees, one of which converts to a full size sofa bed. The large settee in the den also converts to a full size sofa bed.

Kitchen Facilities

Toaster, Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Freezer, 4-Ring Hob, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Grill, Table & Chairs,

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need should you choose to eat at home, including a large fridge freezer with ice maker, blender and coffee machine. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in a separate utility room together with the iron and ironing board.

Entertainment

TV, DVD Player, Cable TV, PC Provided, Internet Access,

Television and DVD player in every bedroom. Television and DVD player in the family room, whilst the television in the den has play station 2 and an Xbox attached. There is a small selection of DVDs and games, including board games, available.

Parking is available on our driveway On the pool deck we have a table and chairs and a selection of sun loungers some of which are higher than usual to facilitate easier transfer to and from a wheelchair. There is also a light inside the pool, which can be heated on request.

The pool has a handrail and a hoist to assist elderly or disabled guests. We have planted on both sides of the deck for additional privacy and the house backs onto woodland so is not overlooked from the rear. We have a table and chairs and a selection of sun loungers. Pool heat £ 70 per week.

Smoking is not permitted except on the pool deck. Pets are not allowed but guide dogs are welcome. Suitable for wheelchair users with shallow ramps for access, and anyone with mobility problems as there are no steps and the villa is all on one level.

Cleaning Services / Towels and Linen

All linen, towels and pool towels are provided. The house is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and you will find fresh sheets on evey bed and clean towels in every bathroom.

Extra Notes on Accommodation

With 2 master suites our house is ideal for the extended family or for 2 families to share. With 2 full size sofa beds for additional guests this house is great value for money and only 20 minutes from Disney and 50 minutes from the Gulf coast. Our local supermarket and pharmacy only 3 miles along the Highway can provide everything you need during your stay and our nearest golf course is right next door. The lively Highway 192 area full of shops and restaurants serving food of all nationalities is only a few minutes away and we are an easy 30 minute drive from Orlando International airport.
