Bedrooms

The Villa has 4 bedrooms :

The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom
Bedroom two has a double bed and built in wardrobes
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both twin bedded rooms and also have built in wardrobes

Bathrooms

There is an en suite off the master bedroom and a seperate family bathroom which has a bath with a shower over, wash basin and wc.

Reception Rooms

There are two separate living rooms, one a more formal, peaceful, quiet area adjoining the front entrance and the other is a family room with a TV and video equipment with cable TV service. Each area contains two comfortable settees, side tables with reading lamps and coffee table. Each living room in our Beachwalk Villa has a dining area alongside and the family room overlooks the pool.

Villa comes complete with fully fitted American kitchen with large-scale appliances. With a double sink, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, large oven, microwave, fridge /freezer with icemaker, toaster, juicer, electric kettle. There is a separate utility room with large washer and tumble dryer.

At the rear of our Beachwalk Villa is our own solar heated pool, perfect for a cooling dip after sunbathing. Relax outdoor on the sun loungers or on the patio furniture provided for your comfort. It is a perfect spot to enjoy the open views over the lake where herons, egrets and osprey can be seen.
