With 2 large double bedrooms, master bedroom enjoying a luxury ensuite bathroom, one further bathroom, study, fully equipped kitchen, large private balcony with stunning views of the beach below, large living/dining area. This magnificently furnished apartment opens into the large open plan living and dining area. The living room benefits from a vast L shaped sofa, large flat screen television with dvd player and two sets of French windows which open onto the apartment’s private balcony. At the end of your day, relax and unwind gazing out across the calm waters of the Gulf and enjoy the peacefulness of the beach and swimming pool areas below. The dining area seats six people comfortably and is similarly elegantly furnished. A fully equipped kitchen looks onto this. This benefits from a washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer, oven and breakfast bar. Bedroom 1 enjoys a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and striking views of the beach below. Opposite lies a separate bath and shower room which is beautifully finished with mosaic tiling. Further down the corridor relax in the grand master bedroom. The beach clubs are currently opening with three relaxed licensed restaurants already open. A Costa Coffee is situated in the Al Nafura clubhouse and supermarkets and retail outlets will be open within the next 3 months. Golf Facilities

Disabled Access
Disabled visitors will find all the major shopping centers have wheelchair access and a number of car parks for disabled drivers. The Dubai transport company provides many taxis able to accommodate wheelchairs. Dubai airport also has suitable facilities for disabled visitors which include low check-in counters at airline desks.
The outside areas to the Shoreline apartments are well served by gently sloping ramps and excellent internal lifts are provided to all floor-levels making it very wheelchair friendly. All main entrances and most apartment doors are wide enough for wheelchairs and their users, providing a degree of suitable disabled access.

The shoreline apartments are located on the trunk road, Palm Jumeirah. Dubai Marina, Knowledge City and Media City are all within easy reach and just a few minutes drive. The Mall of the Emirates is approx 10 mins drive or Taxi and there are several entrances and exits. You'll find stores like Carrefour, Debenhams, Harvey Nicholls and other well known named shops and boutiques. The famous Ski-Dubai and a numerous food and retail outlets compliment an array of coffee shops and cafes.
Directions to Holiday Apartment
Dubai Airport is approx 30-40 minute drive by car or Taxi. Flights to Dubai seem to arrive from every corner of the world. BA, Virgin and Emirates are just a few that depart from UK airports. Abu Dhabi airport is approx 1.5 hours away but flights can be a lot cheaper with alternative airlines. There are no trains in Dubai or Abu Dhabi but a new Dubai Metro system is currently under construction and expected to open during 2009. Dubai Taxis numer 3200 and are reasonably priced. Helicopter transfers are available by prior arrangement.
