Description of Holiday Villa

This villa has a luxury family home feel to it. It's complementary furnishings and wall hangings provide you with a unique style of City living. A grand entrance opens into a spacious hallway with open staircase feature. The family room enjoys leather sofas, flat screen television and dvd player, playstation 3 and corner desk area with access to the gardens. French windows lead to the beautiful majlis area, giving perfect shading from the sun. A luxury guest toilet is situated off the hallway. From the hall, doors lead to the light, gorgeously furnished living & dining area with neutral tones. French windows lead to the garden, the patio, the pool and down to an exclusive beach area by the calm frond waters. A dining table seating 8 people just off the kitchen is totally luxurious and enjoys views of the frond water.There is a fully equipped kitchen with circular breakfast table. There is a large 6 ring electric oven and hob, microwave, stainless steel American style fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and all utensils and crockery. The maids’quarters with laundry facilities lie off the kitchen, and gives access to the garage. The beautiful staircase and spacious upstairs hallway enjoys wooden seating near the 4 bedrooms. Three double bedrooms & one twin, all have lavish en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is front-facing with magnificent furnishings, private balcony, wardrobe area and luxury ensuite bath/shower room. The Master Bedrooms with a comfortable chaise-longue, is spacious, light and looks over the frond waters. The large en-suite benefits from twin wash basins, a luxury corner bath/jacuzzi, walk-in shower and separate toilet facilities. Bedroom 2, also facing the back of the villa enjoys a gorgeous private balcony looking over the frond water, enjoys luxurious furnishings, a double bed, excellent wardrobe area and a fantastic en-suite bath/shower room. Bedroom 3 at the side of the villa enjoys twin beds, a beautifully furnished en-suite and good wardrobe space.

Skiing Facilities

'Ski-Dubai' provides wonderful conditions all year for indoor skiing at the Mall of the Emirates, which is an approx 15 minute journey by car or taxi.

Scuba Facilities

Diving in Dubai - From Dubai on the west coast to Fujairah on the east coast, scuba divers and snorkellers are always welcome and numerous trips can be arranged. In the resort of Al Aqah,the beach resort there is brand new and has a purpose built Dive Centre that is acknowledged as the leading operation centre for diving in Dubai / UAE. Their facilities include a retail dive-shop, air-conditioned classroom, changing rooms, showers and toilets, plus full equipment rental and proper equipment cleaning facilities. Horse Riding Facilities

Horseriding is very popular in Dubai and is a very traditional sport. Several riding centres exist - 'Dubai Equestrian Centre' and the 'Jebel Ali Hotel' Riding Stables. Experienced skiers will enjoy the famous black run, found only in 'Ski-Dubai'. Excellent restuarants and food and coffee outlets are spread all over Dubai.

Directions to Holiday Villa

Daily flights into Dubai from major UK airports Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester. taxis take approx 1 hour to Villas on the Palm Jumeirah. Flights to Abu Dhabi are just as frequent but the transfer time is approx 2 hours.
